What is the transaction process?
1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp regarding the equipment and quantity you need
2. We provide you with detailed information (photos, videos) and a price quote for the machines
3. Both parties negotiate the price
4. The buyer pays a deposit
5. Our technicians inspect the equipment condition; we pack it and prepare for shipment
6. The buyer pays the balance after confirming everything is correct
7. We transport the goods to the designated port and deliver them to the buyer's freight forwarder
8. The buyer confirms receipt of goods
How to ensure equipment quality?
Every piece of equipment undergoes a rigorous multi-stage quality inspection process before delivery, including clearance checks for key moving parts, calibration of spindle and guideway precision, and power-on testing of electrical and hydraulic systems, followed by an actual test run prior to dispatch.
We support the provision of high-definition test-run videos and detailed close-up photos of the equipment to ensure you have full confirmation of its actual operational status before shipment. Standard anti-rust and reinforcement measures are applied during loading to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
What is the shipping method?
Payment Terms: We accept Wire Transfer (T/T). Our standard practice is to collect a deposit upfront, with the remaining balance settled before shipment.
Inspection and Delivery: We welcome customers for on-site inspections, third-party testing, or we can provide comprehensive test-run videos of the equipment. Once the equipment is confirmed to be in good working order and the final payment is cleared, we will arrange for professional container loading and maritime reinforcement.
Contractual Assurance: Every transaction is covered by a formal purchase contract, specifying the equipment model, technical parameters, and delivery standards. If you require alternative settlement or delivery terms, such as CIF, CFR, or domestic delivery, these can be negotiated and adjusted with us.
